    SUBMITTING A CLAIM

Claims adjusters can work with you or your assigned point of contact (Property Manager).

Claims in Mexico are handled no differently than they are in the U.S. and Canada meaning that agents are not involved in the day to day of the claim as only the claims adjusters assigned by the insurance carrier have the authority to speak on behalf of the carrier during the claims process. Claims are filed just as they are here in the U.S. or Canada, by calling the Carrier claims (800 #) direct.

Once the claim has been reported to the company and a claim number and adjuster have been assigned, we ask that our clients update our office with this important information so we can start monitoring from our end to be sure everything is moving smoothly.
