  • Uninsured or Underinsured Motorist: The policy will pay any damages, which any insured person would be legally entitled to recover in Mexico from the owner or operator of an uninsured vehicle because of bodily injury and/or damage to your insured vehicle.

Jurisdiction: Coverage under this insurance applies only in the territory of Mexico under the exclusive venue and Jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico. No coverage is afforded for any losses, claims or damages in the USA or under the U.S. legal system.
