The Insured or appointed party must call the insurance company at
the 01 800 number listed above to report the loss. Make sure to have
the policy on hand as the policy number will be required - Take down the claim number, name of the adjuster appointed along
with his/her telephone number -
Once the claim has been reported to Mapfre, contact Laura Delgado at
MacAfee & Edwards / Protección Técnica Internacional (M&E/PTI) and
provide her with the claim and adjuster information
