STEP x STEP – What to Do in the event of a Claim with El Aguila:
All Claims must be reported in the Republic of Mexico. Crossing back into the United States prior to reporting your claim may result in a VOIDED Mexico Auto Policy & your Claim not being Paid.
1. Check that you & your Passengers are removed from harms way and or any other potential threat of danger.
2. Stay at the Scene of the Accident & Report Your Claim to EL Aguila.

3.Ready to Provide:
¨ Insurance Policy Number
¨ Named Insured & full name of the driver
¨ Location of the and address where the accident occurred
¨ Vehicle identification: year, make, model, type, and color
4.When the adjuster arrives, you will be asked for the following documents:
¨ Insurance Policy Dec Page or Policy Vin Cards
¨ A valid driver’s license
5.You will be asked to complete an accident report.
1. Do not make any agreements or deals with any third parties, All Claim processing is the responsibility of the company El Aguila and their appointed adjusters.
2. In the event that the vehicle is moved from the scene of an accident: This must be reported to EL Aguila right away and the new location of the vehicle must be provided.
This policy does not provide partial theft of parts unless you have purchased the “Plus Package Option” It is important not to leave your Vehicle unattended.
